Return Policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.
- Items considered as “Final Sale” are those that are permanently reduced on the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. These items are not returnable.
- All custom orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
FOOTWEAR RETURNS
- Footwear must be returned in perfect condition, accompanied by the original, undamaged shoebox. Returns submitted without the original box or with any signs of wear—including but not limited to dirt, dust, or scuff marks—will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. All items are subject to inspection upon receipt to verify compliance with our return criteria. We reserve the right to decline any return that fails to meet these conditions.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
- All full price international purchases are eligible for return to Store Credit within 15 days of delivery; however, the customer is responsible for the return postage. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
